Helping Hands
Snyder Village offers a program entitled, Helping Hands, to employees who find themselves needing assistance. The purpose of the Helping Hands Fund is to provide limited financial support to staff members experiencing a financial crisis due to unexpected events such as a house fire, natural disaster, automobile accident or breakdown, catastrophic health event, or other unforeseen circumstance. Requests for assistance are considered on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible, a staff member must be at least 18 years of age and have been employed by Snyder Village for a minimum of 90 days. If seeking Helping Hands funds, a staff member should contact HR for information on obtaining a Helping Hands grant.
