Retirement Community Contract Options
The TRADITIONAL Contract Plan applies to both Cottages & Apartments
This contract plan includes cottage and apartment living with all of the lifestyle features and amenities available, plus priority access to all levels of care. Of your entrance fee, 20% will go directly towards the infrastructure and therefore 80% is eligible for the equity refund up to 3 years. If the last occupant relinquishes their residence prior to 36 months of occupancy, a pro-rated refund is available (75% at the end of year one, 50% at the end of year two, and 25% at the end of year three).
The 50% REFUNDABLE Contract Plan applies to Cottages only
This contract plan includes cottage living with all of the lifestyle features and amenities available, plus priority access to all levels of care. Of your entrance fee, 20% will go directly towards the infrastructure and therefore 80% is eligible for the equity refund up to 9 years. Under this contract, residents are a minimum refund of 50% of entrance fees, no matter how long you reside in your Snyder Village home.

Equity refunds are made payable to you or your estate upon the resale of the cottage/apartment or after 12 months, whichever is sooner.
