Memory Care at Snyder Village
Snyder Village offers two memory care programs, available for those with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s or dementia or those with mid to late-stage Alzheimer’s or dementia. Individuals will be assessed to determine the current need and appropriate program. Both programs are all-inclusive, offering meals, housekeeping, and home maintenance.
The Memory Care programs offer a full calendar of specialized activities for residents to help focus on slowing cognitive decline and promote physical activity.
Residents also enjoy three nutritious, home-cooked meals a day, along with snacks and treats. Each of our Memory Care programs offers secure outdoor space for residents to enjoy the peaceful rural surroundings and sunshine.
