TUESDAY, APRIL 9 AT 6 PM
At SV Center at Snyder Village
Learn about Advance Directives and how you and your family can anticipate the decisions and have conversations about personal choices and wishes to complete your own Advance Directives. Advance Directives make someone’s preferences for medical care known before faced with a serious illness or injury. Completing an Advance Directive makes your wishes known to your loved ones and spares them the stress and uncertainty of making decisions about your care.
Presenters: Bonnie DePalma, RN — UnityPoint Health
Karen Renken, RN — OSF Healthcare
Refreshments provided.
The workshop is free and open to the public.
